"We are the ones we have been waiting for." Hopi Prophecy

Thank you from my heart for visiting our site and being a part of our family.  Our enthusiasm for natural health issues, spirituality, inspiration and holistic living in general have stimulated us to build this website.   We hope to have fun with you as we explore what we can do in this environment.  At the moment we will be blogging regularly, posting videos and audio content, polling for fun and feedback, creating forums for open discussions to take place, and just sharing much of our inspirations, visions, experience, information, research and more.  Down the road we will continue to add products and services through this site and also just keep you informed on what we are up to.  We are living in such stimulating and massively changing times that we feel it is important to stay connected to each other on a local and a global level as much as possible.  Mary and I have been very busy researching much about our times, in fact, both of us have been on a lifelong educational process in relation to what is happening right now.  It isn't something you necessarily plan, one just seems to be born with a specific path and the next thing you know you have gained and remembered quite a lot of information.  So, while we have a lot to share about holistic health we also have a lot to share about our times in general.  In any event we are here to be of service and to do what we can for the greater good of all and to choose love at all turns no matter how challenging. 

The heart really does have many secrets to life.  May we all find our way into that tiny place in our hearts where the unity of love unfolds like a flower to bless all that it touches.
